CAPTAIN Max Wilkinson Max was born and raised alongside a coastal national park on the east coast of Australia. Growing up on the beach, exploring the rugged coastline, and surfing its waves sparked an early fascination with the ocean and its marine life. After relocating with his family back to the UK and studying in London for a decade, Max made a conscious decision to leave the city life in order to pursue a lifestyle of travel and adventure. Initially gaining his qualifications as an advanced terrain ski guide, he spent several seasons living in the mountains before eventually swapping the snow for a life at sea. Max has a fascination with the ocean and a passion for hospitality. He personally tailors each voyage per guest preference and aims to ensure that each charter is unique and holds unforgettable experiences. His aspiration is that each guest leaves with a shared love of the sea and the adventures they hold. She has both Norwegian and Swedish heritage, and in keeping with tradition, time spent foraging and exploring the forests shaped her younger years, sparking a passion for fresh, natural and healthy ingredients. Stephanie loves incorporating locally sourced produce to create delicious nutritious meals. Her dedication to healthy living is reflected in the food she prepares, as well as in her lifestyle and hobbies. She aspires and is working next towards becoming a qualified yoga instructor. Stephanie is also passionate about traveling. Paired with her with love of good cuisine, for the past seven years she has been collecting recipes, observing culinary techniques, and gathering secrets from the many cuisines she has encountered. Whether it’s of Mediterranean influence, Scandinavian-inspired, a Mexican twist, or adoptive of the local Caribbean Cuisine, her plates are colourful, light and packed with flavour. For Stephanie, cooking is more than a job; it is a passion that allows her to bring people together to share her love of food.
