Ivo was born in 1974 and holds 25 years of experience at sea.. 20 years on merchant vessel and the last 5 years in the yachting industry.
A hard working and dedicated individual, with strengths in managing teams of people whilst demonstrating the ability to work on own initiative. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills as exhibited in all previous employments when communicating with both colleagues and clients of all social standings. Diligent and scrupulous with an eye for detail and the aptitude for delivering extremely high standards within chosen field and willing to expand on the many skills already gained.

CHEF MATIJA MILANOVIC
Matija is a native Croatian with a passion for fine cuisine. He enjoys discovering new culinary techniques and flavors, always aiming to delight his guests with creative and delicious dishes. Your experience on ONE BLUE will be truly memorable as Matija prepares fresh, carefully crafted meals for you to enjoy.

CHIEF ENGINEER TONI BIOCIC
Toni was born 1982 in Split. After finishing the studies at the Faculty of Maritime
Studies in Split, Toni started to sail in 2005 on large cruise ships. With so many years at the sea, Toni has gained a lot of experience in safety, environmental and engineering matters. In 2021 he started to work in the yachting industry.
Toni will welcome you into the engine room for any question during your time
onboard.

CHIEF STEWARDESS KATIJA DORIC
Katija is from Croatia and she has always been strongly connected to the sea. She is a hardworking and professional yacht Stewardess with a positive attitude. She has a strong background in every kind of service, barkeeping and hospitality spanning over 10 years (on 25 m to 50 m motor/sailing yachts). Katija is flexible, communicative, friendly and extremely capable of working either in a team environment or as an individual relying on her own initiative. She is an organized person with a great eye for detail. Katija is passionate about making guest feel comfortable and making sure they are always happy and satisfied. In her free time she likes to keep busy with travelling, cycling, cooking , sea activities, skiing, listening to music and taking photos. Katija is looking forward to welcoming guests on board and ensuring the best time possible.
