CAPTAIN Philip Bienz & CHEF Dorian Vidicek
Triwing Endor has a rotational crew with two captains: Philip Bienz and Josip Žanko. Josip will be the captain from June to August, and Philip will take over from August onwards. Philip and Josip know each other well and have worked together before. Philip delivered the yacht to Croatia and, together with Josip, prepared her for the charter season. They have already started the season successfully.

Swiss-born and Yachtmaster Ocean-qualified, Philip brings a wealth of maritime experience, from transatlantic deliveries to luxury charter operations in Europe and the Caribbean. With MCA Master 200 Unlimited certification and fluency in five languages, he combines precise navigation skills with a warm, guest-focused approach. Passionate about sailing, surfing, fishing and the Ocean, Philip ensures every voyage is safe, seamless, and unforgettable.

Captain Josip Žanko is a highly accomplished professional with over a decade of hands-on experience navigating the Adriatic Sea. Blending a strong technical background with a deep passion for hospitality, Josip treats every charter not just as a voyage, but as a bespoke, curated experience for his guests.
Having transitioned from high-level technical charter maintenance to professional skippering, Josip possesses a rare and invaluable skill set: he understands yachts inside and out. Guests on board can relax completely knowing they are in the hands of a resourceful, calm-under-pressure captain who prioritizes passenger safety and flawless vessel operation. Whether managing a high-performance sailboat, a spacious catamaran, or a luxury motor yacht, Josip’s local knowledge of Croatia’s hidden bays, vibrant culture, and maritime history guarantees an unforgettable charter.

CHEF: DORIAN VIDIČEK
Biography
Chef Dorian brings over 15 years of experience from Croatian restaurants, fine bistros, and Michelin-starred establishments, where he worked alongside some of the country’s most renowned chefs. After moving to the intimate setting of luxury catamarans and high-end villas, he focused on providing a deeply personal culinary experience.
Because he enjoys direct contact with his guests, Dorian specializes in a "menu in the moment" approach. His dishes are intuitively created based on your personal tastes and the finest local ingredients available each day. By sourcing from local markets and foraging along the coast, he ensures that every meal is a genuine reflection of the region and your journey.

With a background as a private chef and extensive hospitality experience, Yuliet brings both energy and versatility to her role on deck. She assists with water sports activities, keeps the yacht in pristine condition, and ensures guests have fun and feel at ease on and off the water. Friendly, adaptable, and passionate about the sea, Yuliet is always ready to make guests’ experiences exceptional.
