Known to his clients as Skipper Fredy, represents a standard of excellence defined by precision, discretion, and a deeply client-oriented approach to luxury yachting.
With more than 18 years of professional experience at sea and over a decade serving international clients, he has commanded sailing yachts, luxury catamarans, and maxi yachts across the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, and worldwide routes. From multiple Atlantic crossings to complex factory deliveries and high-end charter operations, he sails approximately 13,000 nautical miles per year.
Holding prestigious certifications including RYA Yachtmaster Ocean from the Royal Yacht Association, RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, and STCW qualifications, he operates with uncompromising attention to safety and seamanship.

Camila de Sá is an experienced Yacht Hostess and Private Chef with over 20 years of expertise in gastronomy and nutrition. With 14 years in Fernando de Noronha, Brazil, and multiple charter seasons in Sardinia, she brings strong nautical awareness, discretion, and a deep understanding of onboard hospitality standards.
She specializes in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with refined execution, enriched by Brazilian creativity and international versatility. Camila provides complete menu planning tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements, with adaptability across Asian, Latin, vegetarian, wellness, and family-style concepts.
Highly organized, calm under pressure, and service-driven, she ensures seamless provisioning, elegant presentation, and a warm, effortless onboard experience for owners and charter guests alike.
