Captain Ethan Lundy
Captain Ethan is a commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and PADI Divemaster with extensive experience leading luxury crewed charters throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Central America. With over 10,000 nautical miles logged — including multiple 1,000+ mile offshore deliveries — he brings a confident, safety-first approach and strong seamanship to every journey.

Ethan has captained a wide range of 50–60 foot catamarans, including Fountaine Pajot and Lagoon models, and has led over 100 guided dives. His experience also includes a Mediterranean season aboard a 44-meter superyacht, where he developed a keen eye for vessel maintenance, refined guest service, and high-end yacht operations.

Known for his calm leadership and attention to detail, Ethan creates a relaxed yet professional onboard atmosphere. Whether guiding guests on a dive, finding the perfect anchorage, or mixing sunset cocktails, he delivers a seamless charter experience with just the right balance of adventure and ease.




Chef Daniella Smith
Chef Daniella Smith is a skilled First Mate and onboard chef who brings a thoughtful, guest-focused approach to every charter. With experience aboard 60-foot catamarans, she has catered to larger groups, preparing fresh, beautifully presented meals — from gourmet snacks to multi-course dinners — tailored to a wide range of dietary preferences, including vegan and gluten-free.

Originally from South Africa, Daniella holds a Master’s degree in Women and Children’s Health from King’s College London, along with a strong academic foundation in human biology and physiology. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to cleanliness contribute to a polished and well-run onboard environment.

Calm, adaptable, and highly personable, Daniella combines her passion for healthy, flavorful cuisine with a genuine love of hospitality. Her warm presence and dedication to guest comfort help create an inviting and memorable experience aboard.
