Chief Engineer | Graham Willard
Description:
Graham is a commercially trained, hands-on engineer with a strong all-round skill set across mechanical, electrical, and AVIT disciplines. With 10 years of experience as both Chief and Second Engineer on yachts ranging from 40–80m, he brings a high level of technical expertise and operational knowledge.
He has an excellent work ethic, is highly adaptable, and thrives on challenges, consistently taking pride in delivering work to the highest standard. Graham is known for his friendly and cooperative demeanour, and he is always willing to go the extra mile to support his team and ensure smooth onboard operations.

Kate is an energetic, motivated, and driven Kiwi pursuing a successful career in the yachting industry. She is a strong team player who thrives on challenges and enjoys environments where teamwork and healthy competition maintain high standards.
Combining a strong work ethic with a genuine passion for life at sea, Kate brings enthusiasm both on and off duty. In her personal time, she enjoys diving, fishing, and a variety of water sports. With a professional background in adventure tourism and corporate services, she offers a high level of versatility. She is equally confident handling all deck operations as she is delivering detail-oriented, professional service to guests.
