JUST ENOUGH

<p>After months of anticipation, my family of ten departed from Logan Airport in Boston for St. Thomas to begin a week onboard Just Enough. The build up for all of us, ranging in age from five to seventy five, was a tad scary for me as I was afraid the reality of the week on the water could never meet the imaginations of everyone, especially my four grandkids. <br><br>When we landed in St. Thomas we were met warmly by the Captain and first mate of the boat and headed to our transport to the boat - about 15 minutes away from the airport. When we got to the transportation center where the boat was docked, we walked to the boat and that is when “awesome” began. Having only seen pictures online of Just Enough, to see her in person was amazing - 141 feet of beauty and the crew members (all eight of them) waiting to greet us and make us feel like we were royalty gave us all a hint of what was to come. <br><br>A tour of the boat had everyone grinning like the Cheshire Cat, continuing through finding staterooms, the hot tub, the hidden TV’s, the living room, dining tables (in and out), the tender and for the kids the bridge where they eventually would get turns “driving” the boat! Shortly after our tour the first of the remarkable culinary delights emerged from the kitchen. Chef Claire, a five star wonder, treated us to creative, delicious, varied dishes all the while catering to some crazy dietary restrictions - and all done with a smile, ending dinners with fabulous deserts! <br><br>Tables were always dressed to perfection and depending on the theme for the day, i.e. Mexican - special items added for the kids - ponchos, Hawaiian - leis and hula skirts which led to lots of dancing. The care and pride in the presentation was remarkable….. <br><br>The cruising in the BVI’s was gorgeous and everyday offered something different, the baths in Virgin Gorda, playing pickle ball, basketball and swimming on Peter Island, lobster barbecue on the beach, fishing from the tender or off the back of the boat, swimming to the beach to collect shells, terrapin everywhere, jet skis, water skiing, the crazy huge slide and so much more! Every day was a new adventure. Cannot leave out Karaoke night - what a blast! <br><br>The best part of the week was getting to know the fantastic crew - no ask was too big and most days they anticipated our requests before we asked. Led by Chief Stew - Haley, whose composure, sense of humor, professionalism and respect for all crew members was remarkable. Her team of Lily and Keeley were nonstop with smiles on their faces all the time including paying Twister with the kids! <br><br>First Mate, JP and his crew of Rayno, Aiden and Engineer Dillon pitching in when needed kept the water toys available, fishing rods at the ready, life vests handy and the tender gassed up and ready for jaunts with the kids at a moments notice. Not to mention keeping outside couches covered when the five minute shower would crop up and then wiping all surfaces to keep them free of water- a remarkable feat and some days done many times! <br><br><br><br>I cannot think of a better crew who laughed with us, shared stories of their lives in South Africa, Great Britain, Florida, Colorado and on the many boats that they have worked on before Just Enough. <br><br>And finally a great big shout out to Captain Chris who mapped out a great week to include the many treasures of the BVI’s. His patience with the kids (and adults) was tremendous and appreciated. Everything went off without a hitch and when looking around at our family, smiles were the first thing that everyone saw. <br><br>To say that this was a trip of a lifetime is an understatement! At the trip's end there were tears that it was over - that we were saying goodbye to our new friends and fortunately we now have memories for a lifetime! Just sensational…..</p>

<p>To the Just Enough crew, thank you!! This has been such an incredible week, and each and everyone of you made it that much more special! Captain - thank you for your wisdom and not letting us get seasick! Adam - thanks for letting me drive the tender :) Also, don't ever let your girlfriend convince you to wear those ugly orange Tennessee pants! Haley - thank you for always making sure we were always well taken care of. All your hard work doesn't go unnoticed! JP - you're a natural leader who always puts the crew above himself. Thank you for always showing us a good time! Was cool being with a rugby star! Claire - Wow! Every meal was a little slice of heaven, enough said! Dylan - D Money! Thank you for letting us see all of the behind the scenes stuff with the ship. I never knew ships had cranes. Thanks for blowing up the slide! Eileen - thanks for going on the hike with me! I enjoyed our talks and I hope to come visit Panama one day! Rayno - jet skis, wakeboarding, slides, there's nothing you can't do! You also gave really good nutrition and weight lifting advice. I'll send pictures when I'm as strong as you. Taylor - thanks for bringing the fun to every moment! It wouldn't have been the same without all of late night jacuzzi hangs! We can't wait to listen to your podcast! We'll miss you! We pray that God continues to bless each of you!</p>

<p>“This charter was our best one yet. The boat was kept immaculate and you can tell that the crew takes pride in the boat. Everything was always very neat and tidy which is always a challenge on a boat with a lot of people. Captain Kyle was fantastic and was always up for conversation about what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go and gave his suggestions. <br><br>The chef….she was fantastic! We are more “simple cuisine” people. She made phenomenal food the entire time and I can assure you that NOBODY went hungry! She quite possibly made the best hamburger and mac and cheese I have ever had in my life for lunch one day when we did a barbeque. Her potstickers were outstanding, the fish was great, the lamb and duck were my favorite and I don’t even really like either one of those things! <br><br>We were really there to relax after working long hours for months. I think they caught onto that very quickly! It’s really rare to see a crew who works so well together and they all really did. It was clear they all had specific jobs to do, but the amount of camaraderie and teamwork that I saw on this boat was a step above all others. To us, they were very much in sync, professional, and friendly. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped aboard. <br><br>All in all it was just a fantastic time and we were able to relax, eat too much, drink too much, and get some much needed Vitamin D. <p>The crew on MY Just Enough was the best we have ever had the pleasure of cruising with!<br><br>1. Absolutely the most professional in every way while also offering the beat personal touches. <br>2. Upon arrival we were met by entire crew with a Champagne welcome. <br>3. Upon arrival All Clothes we perfectly folded and put away in every stateroom for every passenger.<br>4. Every time we left our rooms they were immediately cleaned and any clothes left were washed and folded.<br>5. All meals were presented perfectly and stews were most excellent!! Food was better than any other cruise we have experienced. <br>6. While being absolutely professional in every way the crew also managed to become great friends with us. They participated in every event we did and competed with us in Volleyball went Hiking, played Horseshoes, Deep sea fished, spear fished, etc. Also stayed up late with the kids an played drinking games. <br>7. They were the most professional and fun group (everyone of them) that we have ever been around. <br><br>I highly recommend them and the yacht was immaculate and had all the toys. <br> </p>

<p>Every single member of the Crew was absolutely wonderful! They were warm, friendly, accommodating, helpful, fun, knowledgeable, attentive, funny and kind! Chef Sean did an amazing job feeding us yummy meals, as well as accommodating our dietary restrictions. We loved indulging in the creative, delicious and plentiful food prepared by our fabulous chef. Additionally, all of our special requests that were on the Preference Sheets were on board and offered to us. They truly knocked it out of the park! We felt so taken care of and catered to but in a war, loving way - almost like the Crew became our family! Of course, the sights in the BVIs were magnificent, but the experience was made so special by the way the Crew anticipated our every need. I wish we planned a longer trip! Our itinerary was created so we could see as many islands and locations as possible, which was our choice. But in future I would like to spread it out more so we could have more time to chill at each location (if we wanted to) and not be on such a schedule. No fault but our own, but that would be the only thing I would change.</p>
