EXPERIENCE
I began sailing at a young age as I come from a family of avid sailors. I became a Commercial Captain in 2016, immediately commencing work in the Mediterranean. For the following 5 years I worked throughout the Mediterranean, Thailand, Pacific and Caribbean working on various types of catamarans and monohulls in both a charter, private and delivery capacity. For the past 3 years I have been working in the British Virgin Islands, running busy charter catamarans. As Captain, I make others feel at ease and in safe hands. I take a huge amount of pride in my boat and my crew.

I’m passionate about creating unforgettable culinary experiences for my guests at sea. Since June 2022, my journey has taken me through the crystal waters of the Bahamas, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, each destination adding new inspiration to my ever evolving style.
Rooted in a childhood spent learning to cook alongside my family and foraging in my grandmother’s garden, I blend tradition with innovation. My background in the arts allows me to plate with purpose and create menus that celebrate local flavors in imaginative, sensory-rich ways.
I love to make homemade breads and I enjoy cooking with strong Asian and Mediterranean influence. I design menus tailored to my guests preferences and dietary requirements to ensure their time on board Endless Horizon is unforgettable.
Off-charter, I stay active and curious—always seeking opportunities to grow, collaborate, and contribute to a crew culture centered on wellness, adventure, and excellence. In my downtime, I’m often behind a drone or camera lens, capturing golden hour light and the fleeting beauty of the places we’re fortunate to call home—even if only for a moment.

EXPERIENCE:
I first began working in the hospitality industry on land, where I worked in several restaurants and cafes in Australia over the span of 8 years. I grew up on speed boats and fishing boats but Jon was the one who introduced me to sailing yachts when we met in early 2020. I have been working in the yachting industry for the past 3 years, working on a number of busy charter catamarans in the Caribbean. I always go above and beyond to make others feel happy. When you come on board as guests, you will leave as friends with lifelong memories.

EXPERIENCE:
I started working on boats when my father purchased his boat about 10 years ago. I learnt to service, drive and clean the vessel which is where my love of boats and then yachting began. I’ve worked on 54-80ft charter catamarans in the Caribbean as well as larger superyachts. People describe me as a young, fun individual with a huge smile. I’m always present when needed by guests and I ensure the yacht is spotless.

Our experience aboard the Endless Horizon was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to a crew who exemplified the very best of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. From the moment we stepped on board , it was clear we were in extraordinarily capable hands. They anticipated our needs effortlessly , creating an atmosphere that felt both seamless and deeply personal. Whether navigating with precision, preparing thoughtful touches throughout the day, or ensuring every meal and moment was just right, their commitment to excellence never wavered.
What truly set this crew apart was their ability to balance impeccable service with a relaxed and welcoming spirit. They made us feel not only well cared for, but truly at home. Their camaraderie and pride in what they did were evident in every interaction, and it added an intangible magic to the entire experience.
Thanks to this remarkable team, our time aboard the Endless Horizon was not only smooth and enjoyable , but genuinely memorable. We leave with deep appreciation and the hope of sailing with them again.

Eight guests arrived excited and also leaving with full hearts (and completely spoilt). Thank you for the incredible meals, the laughter, the mostly smooth sailing :), and the care you put into every detail all week. You turned a beautiful place into an unforgettable experience and made this truly special for all of us. We leave grateful, already wishing for a few more days, and knowing we'll remember this week for a very long time. Wishing you calm seas and wonderful guests ahead,
