He began his career as a deckhand/engineer and, through dedication, professionalism, and hard work, steadily progressed to the position of Captain. Since then, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a natural ability to manage and motivate his crew.

A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills, Captain Ivan has earned a reputation for creating a positive and professional atmosphere on board throughout his career. 
As a native Croatian, he possesses extensive knowledge of the Adriatic Sea and takes great pleasure in sharing his local insight with guests, helping them discover the very best destinations and hidden gems along the Croatian coast.

Description:

Born in 1988, Zlatko began his yachting career in 2014 as a deckhand/engineer aboard M/Y CONTE ALBERTI, where he remained for seven successful years. He then spent the previous season on a 105 ft private motor yacht with the same owner, further expanding his experience and technical expertise. 
This year, Zlatko returned to M/Y CONTE ALBERTI to help make the team even stronger, more efficient, and highly service-oriented.

Having grown up on an island, Zlatko has a deep connection with the sea, and many of his hobbies and interests revolve around boating and maritime life. 
He is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives in a team environment, while also being fully capable of handling responsibilities independently and efficiently. 
His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and practical knowledge make him a valuable member of the crew.

Position: Chief steward/ess

Description:

Ines was born in Split in 1995 and has always had a strong passion for hospitality, travel, and working with people. 
After finishing high school, she moved to Graz, Austria, to pursue her studies abroad. 
However, after a year and a half, her love for home and the Adriatic lifestyle brought her back to Croatia, where she completed her studies in International Management in Hotel and Tourism in Split. 
She also obtained certifications as a branch manager and licensed tourist guide.

She has six years of experience in the yachting industry in the Adriatic Sea. 
For four years, Ines worked as a stewardess aboard the luxury motor yachts M/Y BARBARA and M/Y CASABLANCA, followed by the last two years as Second Stewardess on the luxury sailing yacht DALMATINO. 
Throughout her career, she has developed excellent organizational and guest service skills while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality on board.

Highly motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic, Ines is passionate about building her career in yachting, where she can combine her professional knowledge with her warm and outgoing personality. 
She is always eager to learn, open to new experiences, and dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.

In her free time, Ines enjoys hiking and various outdoor activities, spending as much time as possible in nature. 
She also loves travelling, discovering new cultures, meeting new people, and learning languages. Reading books, watching films, and visiting the cinema and theatre are among her favourite ways to relax and recharge.
