He has worked on various passenger ships and private yachts as a deckhand, gaining hands-on experience in deck operations, line handling, and onboard safety procedures, and has since advanced to the role of captain.
Efficient and reliable, Luka ensures safe and smooth daily operations, assists with guest activities, and maintains a yacht to high standards. He collaborates closely with the crew to provide a consistent and professional onboard experience.
In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and staying active.

Dominik Heroic
Dominik is an experienced chef with a strong background in Mediterranean and international cuisine. He has worked in restaurants across Europe and Asia and brings extensive culinary expertise to private yachts, managing menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Fluent in English and proficient in Italian, Dominik communicates effectively with guests and crew to ensure smooth service. He focuses on high-quality, fresh ingredients and prepares meals that meet professional standards for taste and presentation. His onboard responsibilities include coordinating with the interior team, managing galley operations, and delivering consistent culinary experiences for guests. In his free time, he enjoys sports and photography.
STEWARDESS
Mila Katavic
Mila is an experienced crew member with a strong background in guest services on yachts and boats. She has worked in hospitality roles in Croatia, Italy, and the U.S., gaining expertise in assisting guests, managing onboard operations, and coordinating with the crew.
Efficient and adaptable, Mila ensures smooth daily operations, supports guest activities, and handles safety procedures when needed. She has strong local knowledge of the islands and uses it to enhance itineraries and guest experiences. Mila communicates effectively with international guests and maintains professional standards throughout the charter. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and staying active.

Jaksa Bucic
Jaksa is an experienced hospitality professional with several years working aboard yachts and in hospitality roles. He has developed expertise in guest service, interior operations, and coordinating with crew to maintain high standards onboard. Efficient and reliable, Jaksa supports guest activities, manages interior areas, and ensures smooth daily operations. INTERIOR STEWARDESS
Frencis Cetinic
Frencis is an experienced interior stewardess with a background in hospitality, education, and childcare.
She has worked aboard yachts, including a season on Adriatic Pearl, gaining expertise in interior operations, housekeeping, and guest service. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, with proficiency in Portuguese, Frencis communicates effectively with international guests and crew.She ensures all interior areas are clean, well-maintained, and organized, contributing to a professional and welcoming onboard environment. Frencis assists with guest needs, coordinates with the interior team, and maintains high service standards throughout the charter. In her free time, she enjoys photography and exploring cultures.

Grgo Karadza
With three years of maritime experience, Grgo is motivated, reliable and passionate member of our team.
His love for the sea began as a child. Driven by a passion for constant improvement, Grgo thrives on the dynamic challenges of life aboard. Known for his calm demeanour, discipline, and precision, he believes exceptional service
starts with a sincere smile and attentiveness to guest preferences. Outside of work, Grgo enjoys football, walking, and spending time with family.
DECKHAND
Luka Tokic
Luka is experienced deckhand with extensive maritime training, including graduation from the Maritime High School Split.
He has several years of experience working aboard private yachts, performing deck maintenance, line handling, mooring operations, and assisting with guest activities. Reliable, Luka ensures that all deck areas are well-maintained, equipment is prepared, and daily operations run smoothly. He works closely with the crew to maintain safety standards and support seamless charter operations. Luka also has experience with tender operations, water sports equipment handling, and general vessel upkeep, contributing to a professional onboard experience for guests. Fluent in English and Croatian, he communicates effectively with guests and crew, ensuring clear coordination and high service standards.

Jure Jukic
Jure is an experienced deckhand with five years of maritime experience, having worked aboard vessels including Admiral, Salve di Mare, Premier, and Antaris. He combines hands-on deck skills with a technical background from the Technical School of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics. Reliable and disciplined, Jure is proficient in deck maintenance, line handling, tender operations, and general vessel upkeep. He ensures all deck areas are organized, equipment is ready, and daily operations run smoothly. Jure works closely with the crew to maintain safety standards and deliver a professional onboard experience for guests.In his free time, he enjoys football and exploring history.
Our two weeks on board Navilux were simply superb - June / July, 2026
<p>“All a result of the outstanding service, warmth, kindness of the crew. Capt Luka found us marvelous secluded anchorages where we swam and enjoyed many meals before moving on to the next spot. Navilux, despite her age is in very good nick. The Chef, Dominic, is excellent. He caters to all requests: we had a gluten intolerant persona aboard one week, g'kids who liked things simple for dinner, lunch... we had fresh lobster, scorpion fish, monkfish, shrimp both in salad and in pasta, duck breast, pasta w/truffles, risotto and for the 4th of July the crew surprised us with decoration of red/white/blue and flags on the outdoor dining area with burgers, ribs, beans and an American flag cake for dessert. The crew always has a ready smile and friendly greeting no matter what the situation. Service across all areas; Rooms, bar service, meals, daily briefing on where to go and timing is without peer. Small laundry items done once per week at the same time sheets are changed mid week.</p><p> </p><p>Capt Luka has a drone which he uses to take pics during the voyage which makes for greatmemories. If we do this again on Navilux (unless you find a Navilux equivalent for Greece) we will most likely limit ourselves to a Split-Split just touring the islands and small bays of that area which Capt Luka says we would enjoy. Weather on these weeks was quite hot as you nodoubt knew, but aircon worked fine in cabins. The new "toys" of sea bobs, jet skis, kayak, paddle boards, snorkeling gear all got great use during the trip. In fact the g'kids spent most of their time engaged with them as well as some fishing... only marginal success, but one g'son caught a fish after dinner on our last evening so was quite chuffed to end the trip on that note. All of our friends and family gave their week 5 stars...I cannot imagine how this could be improved upon..."</p>
IT IS A BEAUTIFUL WORLD ON THE NAVILUX YACHT
<p>Croatia Destination, Beautiful Pristine scenery. The local people, warm, kind and very proud of their history and Country. Food Fresh every day, delicious.<br><br>The Navilux Yacht - it doesn't get any better. "Above and Beyond" my expectations.<br><br>Crew: Captain Luka, this is where it starts: The Captain takes care of the crew and the crew takes care of their guests. Captain Luka was "hands on" with his skill navigating the Yacht. He was in charge, you could see and feel he knew his responsibilities. His daily updates were respected and his sense of humor was enjoyable. Each day, he added a surprise to our morning chats. What we requested he made it happen. The way he handled the crew with respect and their response was the same. We felt like, they were our family.<br><br>Chef: Dominik was so excited to share his knowledge and the new dish he decided to treat us to each day. Never were we disappointed. His smile was contagious and the food delicious.<br>Mila, delightful, energetic always smiling. We discovered that she used to be a Tour Guide and she shared her knowledge about the islands we were visiting. Mila added her personal touch to her job. Jaksa. Delightful to wake up and see his presence. Never a table setting out of place. Food kept coming and he found the perfect place on the table. A wonderful person to chat with. His knowledge and personal experience made us feel special.<br><br>Frencis, worked behind the scene. Our cabins were spotless when we returned. Always smiling and unconditionally wanted to help in any way she could. Grgo, Luca & Jure, deckhands. Everyday they set up our toys (jetskies, floating marina, paddle boards, kayaks, Lifejackets) ready for the guests. Smiling going about their schedule When we wanted to go ashore they were hands on with the Tender Boat. The crew and guests were one big happy family for the eight days we were on the NAVILUX YACHT.<br><br><br>It wasn't a job for the Captain & Crew it was their "Passion"love of the water and their work. We were made to feel part of their daily lives for a short time, we were family. ....this is the memory.<br><br>Would I cruise on NAVILUX again - In a heart Beat!” <br> </p>
