CAPTAIN Findlay Mack & CHEF Natasha 'Sasha' Kadun
Captain
Inspired by his father, Finn’s passion for boats and the ocean began at an early age. He grew up sailing on the West Coast of Scotland and earned his Yachtmaster Offshore qualification by age 18, which launched his maritime career.
He spent a number of years in the Mediterranean, working on superyachts and skippering charters around Greece and Turkey, and enjoyed creating bespoke sailing adventures for guests.
Finn left the industry only to pursue his University Degree in Technology, which allowed him to broaden his technical skills and travel to South Africa and Canada. He soon returned to the marine industry and captained a charter catamaran in the Virgin Islands, building a strong reputation.
Finn is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, prioritizing safety, personalized service, and building lasting relationships with guests. His adaptability and commitment to exceeding expectations create a welcoming and memorable environment for all onboard.
Chef
Sasha grew up in Canada in a family where cooking, sharing meals, and passing down traditions were an important part of everyday life. From an early age, she developed a love for exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and, of course, discovering food from around the world.
In her mid-twenties, Sasha moved to Belgium, where she began working in a café and quickly discovered that the kitchen was where her true passion lay. That experience marked the beginning of a life abroad that has since taken her all around the world and on travels to more than 50 countries.
Always drawn to new experiences and cultures, Sasha also completed her yoga teacher training in Ecuador before joining the yachting industry in 2017. Since then, she has embraced life at sea, sailing across both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and combining her love of travel, adventure, hospitality, and food.
With a passion for creating memorable experiences and bringing people together through great food, Sasha is excited to share her warmth, creativity, and adventurous spirit with guests on board.
First Officer/Mate
Mitch began working on boats about ten years ago when his father purchased a vessel, sparking his passion for the industry. He learned to service, operate, and maintain the boat, which naturally led him into yachting. Since then, he has worked on 54–80 ft charter catamarans throughout the Caribbean as well as larger superyachts. Guests describe him as upbeat, approachable, and always smiling. He is consistently attentive when needed and takes great pride in keeping the yacht in immaculate condition.
Chief Stewardess
Naomi grew up in England, and has always had a passion for adventure and travel. Her first experience on the water was when she stepped onboard an ocean research expedition ship. During this trip she learned classical sailing techniques and worked with
professionals to learn about the conservation of marine wildlife.
Prior to this, Naomi had worked in the hospitality industry for 7 years. She has worked in fine dining restaurants and cocktail bars, and as events staff. She then decided that working in the yachting industry was a perfect mixture of the two things she loves the most, and joined some friends working in the industry in the Mediterranean, working as a chef and sole stewardess on sailing yachts in Croatia and Greece. She then went on to work on yachts in Antigua and the BVI.
Naomi prides herself in bringing precision, creativity, and a calm, service-driven presence to life onboard. She excels in tailoring bespoke charter experiences, offering guests a blend of comfort, personalization, and memorable service with each adventure aboard SÓL

There were eight of us on this trip and we definitely came ready to have fun. The crew managed our group like total pros attentive, upbeat, and always one step ahead. The yacht was spotless and beautifully put together.<br />

We tried so many new water activities and had amazing instructors guiding us through everything. It never felt rushed or intimidating. What really stood out was how smoothly the entire trip was organized. Every time we headed to a beach bar or needed a taxi, the crew personally introduced us and made sure we were taken care of. We never had to think — just relax and enjoy.<br />

Sol gave us an unforgettable BVI getaway. The boat was pristine and styled with so much attention to detail. Each day felt thoughtfully designed from the table settings to the “cocktail of the day” and little surprise touches along the way.<br />

The planning was exceptional. Our time was maximized without ever feeling scheduled. Whenever we went ashore, someone was there to greet us or drive us, it felt completely seamless. We also had a few dietary restrictions in our group and everything was handled flawlessly and delicious….. <br />

The BVI is stunning on its own, but Sol elevated the entire experience. We snorkeled, explored in Mokes, and even learned to ride a foil board — which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip.<br />

The crew made sure everyone felt confident and supported, especially those of us trying things for the first time. The food was delicious, the drinks were creative and beautifully made, and there was never a shortage of fun on the water.<br />

Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and when we stopped at beach bars or docks, we were personally connected with staff or drivers. It made the whole trip feel smooth and stress-free from beginning to end.<br />

Our BVI charter with Sol truly surpassed expectations. The yacht was immaculate the crew was outstanding, the best service you ca ask for. The days were structured perfectly — adventurous yet relaxed.<br />

What impressed me most was the coordination off the boat. Each stop included a personal introduction to bar staff or transportation, so we always felt expected and looked after. It’s rare to experience that level of hospitality. An outstanding charter from start to finish. T - <br />
