CAPTAIN Ashley Oberholzer
Captain - Ashley Oberholzer
Ashley Oberholzer is M/Y Lady Amanda's bilingual Anglo/Saxon Captain.
Ashley is British born and was raised in France on his parents 20m charter boat "Champagne Charlie" for 13 years off the Riviera coast. Ashley has now accumulated a significant amount of yachting experience since his career debut in 2008, progressing from deckhand through to engineer, to now on the Captain’s seat.
Ashley has worked on boats ranging from 20m to 60m, covering most of the Mediterranean Sea. An expert Watersports Instructor and an avid explorer, his crew are his family and the sea is his home.

Romeo Morghati is Lady Amanda’s very own French Chef. Romeo grew up in Grasse, also from the coastal French region he has perfected his talents in the galley throughout years of practice.
He started his culinary career working in a Michelin star Restaurant “La Bouitte” then moving onto Yachts of various size ranging from 92m to 30m learning from other yacht Chefs on his way. Romeo first came onboard Lady Amanda to replace the old chef for a week but soon rose to full time crew member after his talents hit the Guests plates.
He is now on his own in the galley and a professional mariner on deck also certified to drive tenders and toys, man lines and Anchor winched. His talents also spread to the entertainment side of life as he is a full-time partner and organizer of the Events company called “AMICAL”. He speaks both French and English to make your meals easier to order.
Romeo is a man of little words as he lets his talents in the galley and on his music sets do the talking.
Chief Stewardess - Rebecca Wadsworth
Rebecca is Lady Amanda’s New Chief Stewardess.
Born in the United Kingdom some 25 years ago, Becca first started as a mobile test unit supervisor, managing teams to test the units and making daily dynamic risk assessments. After this Becca moved into a Personal-assistants position for a lead creative in the fashion industry, organizing every aspect of her ever-changing schedule.
Little did she know this would be the perfect training to join the yachting industry’s fast-paced high standard requirements.
She started her career in yachting in 2023 working on various small vessels based around the South of France, Corsica and Sardinia.
During her time onboard this smaller size of the vessel, Becca was required to assist in every part of the yacht’s running. From the interior up-keep and guest service of course to the tender and toys launching and recuperating without forgetting all the usual manoeuvres required during a trip. Her skills and success are what attracted her to Lady Amanda for the 2024 season.

Stew/Deck - Alice Symington
Alice is the newest recruit for Lady Amanda’s Interior/deck crew.
Born and raised in England, Alice entered the working life early minding children at first before moving into hospice care for the elderly.
Her patience and caring nature have helped make a seamless transition into the service industry.
Alice initially worked as a chalet operative in 2023, providing a similar level of service and professionalism found in Yachting.
During her time in Val D’Isère ski resort, Alice was in charge of managing all continental breakfast set ups as well as light healthy cooked brunches, daily cleaning and refreshments of cabins at multiple properties.
Her bubbly personality and hardworking ethics made her the perfect addition to Lady Amanda’s 2024 charter team.

Deckhand/Watersports Instructor - Daniel Johnson
Daniel Johnson is M/Y Lady Amanda’s Deckhand/Watersports Instructor in 2023.
Daniel is British but has travelled over the world giving him a wide scope of experiences, living within different cultures/countries including - Thailand, Malta, Canary Islands, England and France.
Daniel has transferred his shore-based skills as a Watersports Activity Instructor/Surf School teacher and outdoor Events organizer and applied them onboard Lady Amanda’s extensive water toys selection. He has successfully completed all maritime training and combined this to his many years of previous seagoing experience to be able to start out this season onboard Lady Amanda. During winter 2023 Daniel completed his Yacht Master.
Having had the chance to climb up to Annapurna Basecamp in Nepal gave Daniel the experience in pushing over and above to achieve extraordinary results.
Dan’s easy going and open demeanour makes all guests feel welcome and safe without diluting the amount of fun and professionalism provided.
