Gregory Gomez has solid experience on motor yachts and sailing vessels.
A maritime instructor and Chief Engineer 750 kW, Gregory combines technical expertise with teaching skills.
With over 17 years of sailing in the Mediterranean, across the seas worldwide, and several transatlantic crossings, he blends expert seamanship with a strong sense of safety.
His main strengths are kindness, a cheerful personality, and a strong team spirit. He ensures onboard harmony and passenger comfort.
He practices freediving and spearfishing, activities that deepen his connection with the sea. He had the opportunity to take part in an underwater expedition alongside former members of Commander Cousteau’s team, a defining experience that fueled his passion for marine exploration and knowledge.
He will ensure that the onboard experience becomes an unforgettable memory, guiding guests to the best available spots, while considering their preferences, the weather, and the dynamics of the vessel.

Lou is a 27 years old, independent Chef, born in France with Italian and Armenian roots.
She has been passionate about cooking from a young age, especially Italian cuisine passed down to her by her paternal grandmother.
Lou has worked in several restaurants on the French Riviera and as Independent Chef for private clients.
She enjoys her time in the kitchen cooking with seasonal and local ingredients and is able to customize a menu for any occasion or dietary preference.
Charming and enthusiastic, she values precision, quality and a healthy spirit on board.
The well-being of guests as well as attention to detail is her absolute priority to make sure the guests already miss her culinary when they disembark.
DECKHAND / STEWARDESS: Célia CHAUVEAU

Célia is a passionate yacht hostess, whose love for the sea and sailing led her to train as a deckhand, allowing her to provide a versatile and reliable presence on board.
With over Thirty years of professional experience, she brings strong organizational skills, a high level of service and excellent interpersonal abilities. Her background in food and beverage service enables her to deliver attentive guest care while ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout the stay.
On board, Célia contributes both to guest services and deck operations, including assisting with maneuvers, boat maintenance, safety and smooth navigation. Warm, efficient and well-organized, she helps create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
A true sea lover, she enjoys sailing, snorkeling, paddleboarding and open-water swimming. She also speaks English, making communication easy for international guests, and is committed to making every stay smooth, enjoyable and truly memorable

Maryline has grown in the mountains, in the Alps. After her studies she first became a sports instructor.
She still particularly enjoy teaching yoga, qigong, stretching, and strength training.
Then she crossed the Amazon from Belém to Puerto Maldonado, where she discovered wildlife, the primary rainforest, and indigenous communities.
She decided to continue her studies but in New Caledonia where lived a while. She discovered the marine world, sailing, and diving. She obtained her Level 2 diving certification at the Amédée Lighthouse.
She swam with sharks, manta rays, butterflyfish, and clownfish. From this time she truly enjoy snorkeling and guiding guests to recommended spots.
Maryline has also worked on the protection of cetaceans with her school “My Whale,” on sea turtle conservation with Damien Chevallier from the French famous CNRS, and on ocean protection with The 7th Continent and Patrick Deixonne.
She traveled a lot in the Pacific, Indian Ocean, Caribbean or in the Mediterranean.
Maryline became a certified Captain in 2012, she has a solid experience in sailing but also on charter. She has experience working on luxury charters like on Neel 51, Outremer 55, Alegria 67 and Catana 75 catamarans in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. She truly enjoy welcoming guests, listening to their needs, and organizing excursions in beautiful locations so they can explore new horizons. She will be a perfect guide on SYLENE teaming up with her Crew.
