Hailing from Mexico, Captain Martin brings a dynamic blend of experience, dedication, and passion to every voyage, Martin has already carved out an impressive career in the yachting industry, with over six years of maritime experience and two years as a full-time captain. His journey has taken him across the Caribbean, the U.S., and Mexico. His strong engineering background ensures every journey is smooth and safe, while his friendly demeanor and commitment to service make guests feel right at home. When he's not at sea, Martin enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and sharing his knowledge with crew members. He believes in continuous learning, mutual respect, and always giving his best—values that shine through in every charter he leads. 

STEWARDESS- SVITLANA GARTVIG- UKRANIAN
With over a decade of yachting and hospitality experience, Svitlana brings warmth, professionalism, and impeccable service to every charter. She has worked across an impressive range of yachts from 30m to 170m, excelling in silver service, bartending, interior organization, and guest care. Her background also includes cruise ships, luxury villas, and event planning, making her adaptable to any guest’s needs.

Passionate about creating unforgettable experiences onboard, Svitlana loves organizing theme parties, delivering five-star service, and ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Outside of yachting, she enjoys traveling, photography, and learning new languages—always bringing her curiosity and creativity to life at sea.

CHIEF OFFICER- EMMANUEL BARBOSA- MEXICAN
Emmanuel is a dedicated and passionate mate whose life is intrinsically tied to the rhythm of the sea. His career began not as a job, but as a calling—a deep-seated fascination with vessels, navigation, and the unique challenges of the maritime world. Over the years, his experiences have shaped him into a versatile and resilient professional. Having navigated the sun-drenched, turquoise waters of the Caribbean, he takes pride in every aspect of yacht operations—from the meticulous upkeep of a pristine teak deck to managing complex tender operations and ensuring flawless guest experiences. For him, excellence lies in the details, and every sunrise at sea serves as a reminder of why he chose this path: for the satisfaction of a well-maintained vessel and the joy of guests experiencing the magic of yachting.

When off watch, Emmanuel continues to find inspiration in the same elements that make his career so fulfilling. Whether exploring new coastlines, staying active on the water, or simply appreciating the serenity of the ocean, his life remains deeply connected to the sea both on and off duty.

CHEF- JORGE MILLET- MEXICAN

Originally from Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, Jorge brings over six years of professional culinary experience and more than 15 years of cooking. His passion for gastronomy began at home, where his mother introduced him to the foundations of cooking. Having studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, just like Jorge’s grandfather, who owned a French restaurant, his family’s culinary knowledge and passion inspired him to pursue his own journey in the industry.

Throughout his career, Jorge has worked in a variety of restaurants and as a private chef for clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing him to explore a wide range of international cuisines. Beyond his love for cooking, he is passionate about hospitality and getting to know each guest, understanding their preferences, and creating personalized dining experiences.

Jorge looks forward to welcoming guests and making them feel at home through his food. Whether preparing a favorite dish or accommodating a special request, he takes pride in tailoring each meal to his guests’ tastes and creating a memorable dining experience.
