Specializing in Italian, Mediterranean, and seafood cuisine, he is skilled in menu planning, pizza and pasta preparation, and creating customized meals for guests with different dietary requirements. He is known for his strong kitchen management, creativity, and ability to deliver high-quality dining experiences while maintaining excellent food safety standards.
