Captain Kirk Robinson is a seasoned mariner with over 22 years of professional charter experience in the Caribbean, bringing unparalleled expertise and a warm, welcoming personality to every voyage. Having worked with the same owners across three different yachts, Kirk is now the proud captain of the brand-new Lagoon Seventy8, Jan’s Feline, where he continues to deliver exceptional experiences tailored to families, friends, and avid

Professional Journey
Kirk’s love for the water began in his early 20s, but his career started on land as a professional soccer player, representing his home country of Antigua in the United States, England, and South America. This discipline and drive translated seamlessly into a successful sailing career. Kirk began as an Engineer with Sun-sail, working in Antigua and the British Virgin Islands, before earning his prestigious Yacht-master Certification. Over the years, he has captained numerous yachts, most recently helming the highly successful charter vessel Jan’s FeLion. His intimate knowledge of the Caribbean’s intricate islands and hidden gems ensure every charter is uniquely crafted and unforgettable.

Chef Ludovic Jean-Baptiste
Chef Ludo's culinary expertise brings refined elegance and world-class flavor to your time on board the Feline. Ludo Baptiste hails from the beautiful island of Martinique where as a young man he dreamed of apprenticing under renowned chefs in France to refine his passion for the culinary arts. That he did- now trained in the rich traditions of French cuisine, our chef combines classic techniques with modern creativity to deliver an unforgettable dining experience at sea.
Before entering the yachting industry, Ludo worked as a head chef and ran his own pastry business, where he specialized in handcrafted desserts and refined dishes. His cooking style reflects both discipline and creativity, blending French techniques with Caribbean influences and international flavors.
With experience in high-end restaurants and luxury yachting, Ludo specializes in crafting bespoke menus tailored to guest preferences, dietary needs, and the freshest seasonal ingredients available. From delicate pastries and artisanal breads to expertly prepared seafood and exquisite multi-course dinners, every dish is thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented.

Stewardess Allie Faulkner
Originally from Austin, Texas, Allie Faulkner has a BBA in marketing from UT Austin and joins the crew after 6+ years living in the British Virgin Islands. Having always loved being near any body of water, Allie found her love for sailing while working with Sail Caribbean as Provisions Director and a sailing instructor.
Allie is passionate about the hospitality industry and having a hand in creating unforgettable experiences for her guests. Always working hard to provide the best guest experience possible, creating a relaxed and luxurious environment, Allie loves being creative when decorating and crafting cocktails. Allie enjoys all water sport activities and is excited to share her love for the water and the BVI with you!
After 6 seasons working at resorts, hosting on private islands and estates, helping execute multi-day events and weddings, and crewing as a stewardess on charter yachts, Allie is excited to welcome you aboard and to be a part of your BVI vacation!
Mate Mollee Donovan
Born and raised in the British Virgin Islands, Mollee knows these islands like the back of her hand. Having grown up on and around the water, she developed a lifelong passion for sailing, surfing, swimming, and diving, giving her an exceptional local knowledge that helps guests discover the very best of the BVI.
Mollee brings a warm, energetic personality to every charter, along with experience as both a Deckhand and Stewardess aboard a variety of luxury sailing yachts throughout the Virgin Islands. Her strong hospitality skills, positive attitude, and natural confidence on the water ensure guests feel comfortable, cared for, and well looked after from the moment they step aboard.
An Advanced Open Water Diver and experienced sailor, Mollee is always happy to share her favorite hidden coves, snorkeling spots, beach bars, and island recommendations. Whether assisting with watersports, serving cocktails, or helping create memorable experiences ashore, she takes pride in delivering exceptional service with a genuine BVI welcome.

<p>Our week in the BVI with this crew was truly a dream. Ludo’s food was absolutely delicious and indescribably good. I wish we could take him with us. Allie was also amazing, catering to our every need! Mollie was helpful as well and always busy making sure we were comfortable. Last but certainly not least, Captain Kirk is the best captain in the BVI! He was full of knowledge and was amazing to work with. Everyone was very patient with us and put up with all of our adventures! We can no longer travel again after this because our expectations are now unrealistic. I can’t thank everyone enough for this amazing trip. We got to snorkel and see things I never imagined! <p>Wonderful experience overall. Everyone on the trip was gushing<br><br>afterwards on how exceptional the crew was - we expected a nice boat<br><br>(we could see the pictures!) but crew went above and beyond.<br><br><br><br>Loic - amazing food everyday and we are all picky foodies! And somehow<br><br>when someone mentioned something that would be nice to have at a<br><br>dinner conversation it would be in the meals next day. Also did a great job<br><br>serving more food when a couple people started begging for delicious<br><br>scraps...<br><br><br><br>Coty - Everything was setup beautifully, and also paid attention to small<br><br>details - she saw I was a Snickers fiend and they started appearing on my<br><br>nightstand after a few days... drinks were exceptional as well and I had<br><br>one of the best mint juleps I ever had on the boat - this is a genuinely<br><br>annoying drink to make and she had never made one before, but she<br><br>looked up the ingredients with a smile and happily crafted a delicious<br><br>beverage.<br><br><br><br>Chloe - Chatty, knowledgeable, and cheerful, Chloe was a great person for<br><br>the group to interface with and she never seemed to miss a beat despite<br><br>our group's quirkiness. We also had a beginner swimmer with us and he<br><br>felt completely comfortable in the water with her around.<br><br><br><br>Kirk - The group had dozens of varied interests and wants from the trip<br><br>and not only did they all get satisfied in his itinerary, the boat ride was<br><br>exceptionally comfortable. He also showed off his fishing skills and we<br><br>were lucky to catch a bonito tuna that chef Loic made for lunch!<br><br><br><br>The boat was a very comfortable and brand new Lagoon 78. Everything is<br><br>very well thought out and it's a very comfortable and completely<br><br>uncramped experience. Felt like a perfect size for the group and a great<br><br>layout if you want to interact with the crew (but there is still plenty of<br><br>opportunity for privacy!)<br><br><br><br>Honestly the only thing I can think of is something to turn off or cover the<br><br>lights on the AC remotes on the nightstands in the cabin. I just put pillows<br><br>on mine to block the light out. Maybe there was a proper way and I didn't<br><br>realize!</p>
