After moving over to the yachting side, Jose has worked on over 100 different charter yachts throughout South Florida and the Bahamas. With a broad spectrum of experience and flavors, Chef Mike enjoys the variety of demands as a charter Chef and meeting new people. He has worked onboard in the Caribbean, Bahamas and US enjoying the local provisions and tastes each area has to offer and incorporating new flare into his dishes. Rebecca began her adult life in customer service business. She started working in restaurants, went on to airline crew, and since 2012 she has worked in the yachting industry.
