CAPTAIN Jeremy & CHEF Luanda

Captain Jeremy
Born and raised in France, Jeremy’s journey began at just 18 when he enlisted as a military fireman and paramedic in Paris. Those four years of service shaped his calm leadership, precision under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility — qualities that define him as a captain today.

Over the past decade, Jeremy has sailed more than 64,000 nautical miles aboard his own sailing yachts, exploring remote destinations across the globe. He holds an MCA Master 200GT Unlimited and brings exceptional technical expertise gained through years of hands-on yacht operations and refits. Passionate about adventure, Jeremy loves leading guests to hidden anchorages, sharing his knowledge of sailing, and introducing them to watersports such as kitesurfing, freediving, and spearfishing — ensuring a safe, dynamic, and memorable experience on the water.

Chief Stewardess / Chef Luanda

Born in Whitehorse, Canada, Luanda brings a warm, polished, and highly professional approach to onboard hospitality. With a strong background in luxury yachting, private estates, and high-end service, she excels at creating relaxed yet refined guest experiences.

Luanda combines her role as chief stewardess with her culinary skills, preparing beautifully presented, personalized meals while overseeing all interior operations with care and discretion. Her experience managing teams and guest-focused operations ensures seamless service throughout the charter.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and trained in both service management and culinary arts, Luanda is attentive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel at home — delivering an elevated and memorable experience onboard.

Chef / Deckhand Sylvana

Sylvana is a versatile and energetic crew member with a strong foundation in both professional culinary arts and deck operations. Trained alongside a Michelin-starred chef early in her career, she brings refined technique, creativity, and a passion for fresh, well-balanced cuisine to life onboard.

With several years of experience working on luxury sailing and motor yachts across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Pacific, Sylvana is equally comfortable in the galley and on deck. She prepares flavorful, health-conscious charter cuisine while also supporting deck duties such as line handling, tender driving, anchoring, and watchkeeping.

Fluent in French, Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese, Sylvana is adaptable, guest-focused, and a true team player. Her positive energy, professionalism, and multi-skilled background make her a valuable part of the crew and contribute to a seamless, enjoyable charter experience.

WIND CHASER I REVIEWS

They set the bar pretty darn high!

Everything far exceeded our expectations, and you know Jacob (previous Captain) set the bar pretty darn high! Cannot say enough great things about every aspect!! The catamaran was exceptional-clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Stanley Cay Yacht Club - The dinner there was exceptional! That was the only dinner we had off the boat. Luanna’s cooking was so yummy! Came back with a couple extra lbs!!<br />
Sylvanna was so attentive and made sure all our wants/needs were met. Her cocktails and tablescapes were over the top!! Jeremy was a true professional as a captain and made everything seem like it was seamless!! I told him he has ruined us as he NEVER said no to any request.”

The food was amazing and everyone had a wonderful time

We don't have one complaint about the trip - it was fantastic. The whole crew couldn't have been nicer. The food was amazing and everyone had a wonderful time.
