Calm under pressure and detail-driven, Captain Vassilis ensures flawless operations, from guest service to island exploration.

Constantinos Barba / Deckhand
Constantinos is a seasoned deckhand and steward with nearly 30 years of hands-on yachting experience on vessels up to 76 meters, mainly as Bosun. A Romanian national fluent in Greek and conversant in English and Italian, he is known for his reliability, versatility, and deep knowledge of deck operations, water sports, and guest support. Constantin has worked extensively throughout the Mediterranean and brings a meticulous, guest-first approach, honed on both private and charter yachts. His work ethic, loyalty, and attention to detail make him a key asset aboard M/Y DUCHESS.
