Third year on the VALIUM 55 , it gets betrer each time and feels even more like 'home', with its well-planned cabins, spacious and shady common spaces, breezy upper deck. The VALIUM 55 travels well in the Aegean meltemi and has a lot of living space. The high spots this year , the brilliantly caught cleaned and cooked tuna, the seafood pasta, the panygyri and our party-night on board, the beautiful beaches and bays of Magganari on Ios and Pori on Koufonisi, the wild unspoilt beauty of Nisyros island and sweet unexpected Siknos, 25 islands so far over our 3 years and aiming to double and quadraple. I almost exploded with how many i ate, they were insane!!! Everything you made was incredible and i could not stop eating (you should make a cookbook). Your mocktails were really good too! I wish you could make every meal for us!<br />

Greece has always had a special place in our hearts since our honeymoon, 15 years ago. This week with all of you made it 100x better! We felt like family, right at home, from the moment we stepped on this boat. Yes, the boat is impecable and the islands are beautiful but you made this trip the very best ever. Thank you for allowing us space in your lives. Thank you for not only getting Henry to try new things, but actually like them! There are too many incredible memories and meals to list, like shooting rocks off the boat, learning your traditional dances, but most importantly is the feelings we will be leaving with. We are forever grateful to have spent a week with you all and truly wish it didn't have to end. We hope we get to see you again here, or you are always welcome to come to NY! Thank you just doesn't seem like enough. You all now have special places in our hearts.<br />

This week has been the best week of our lives and it is thanks to you! The food Rafael made was unbelievable and we will think about it forever! We will miss the tastings throughout the day, like Rafael's grandpa's octopus recipe, that were a little sneak peek of meals! The care that Andreas and Dimitris put into making sure we had a good time was simply phenomenal! You went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it! <br />
We were lucky to have such skilled and knowledgeable guides to show us not only the best swimming spots, but also the perfect range of islands. Obvious highlight of the trip was Hydra and getting engaged!!! Coming back to the boat to celebrate was so much fun and the decorations made it even more exciting!!! The mini celebration CHEERS in the kitchen late night was so special and sweet! Thanks Rafael! You guys are truly the best!<br />
We will remember and look back on this trip fondly for the rest of our lives!<br />
PS. Thanks Dimitris for the watersky lessons! I'll remember you when i will be a famous water ski-er!<br />

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything, this past week was easily one of the best travel experiences we've ever had, and that is entirely because of the three of you. The boat, the islands, the water, yes all were amazing, however the real reason we will never shut up about this trip is the crew!<br />
Andreas, thank you for your calm and steady presence. You kept us safe, brought us to more beautiful places than we could have ever imagined, somehow managed to deal with our music choices and general chaos with total composure. When push comes to shore, you were the MVP of the trip.<br />
Raphael, we are still emotionally recovering from your cooking. You have ruined food for us in the best way. Every meal was insane, and we still don't know how you did it without even breaking a sweat. Beyond the food, you were just so kind, funny, easy to be around. You made us feel like guests in your home instead of just passengers on a boat. <br />
Dimitris, You were always in the right place at the right time. Whether it was fixing something, helping us on and off the boat, or just cracking jokes that made everyone lough, you made everything seem easy and fun. Whether it was yoga, or seeing ports of Greece that felt like secrets, you played such a big role in making it all possible.<br />
We'll remember this trip for a lifetime and if we're lucky, we'll be back to do it all over again. Thank you for everything.<br />
